Why my friend cannot send pm in lowyat.net anymore, pm , reply, new topic is not allow here

why my friend facing problem on sending pm, create new topic, and also reply in his lowyat.net account ? appreciated anyone can guide on this .. thanks |

I had an account ^MochI^ .
Could login .. my group shld be like this. Group:Senior member But.. Now become like this- Group: Validating. Couldnt send a pm nor reply.. Wad is it bout? |

Read up on why it was implemented
Generally it was meant to reduce the number of spams by new sign-ups. So what I would recommend you is to build up on your way by posting constructive and helpful posts around the form. By the time you've realized it - I am sure you'll have the ability to send lots of PMs to folks - especially if you're planning to trade or to buy |
