Hi,

Agent told me that a company interested to rent my unit, so tenancy agreement will be under company name.

Anyone has experience on this? Can share more or anything i should take note?

Thanks in advance notworthy.gif

Must check what company, if f n b sometimes they will put 10++ staff in 1 unit, so must ask how many people live in the unit first....

ok residential then your TA must put limit on how many people staying in that unit.

do spot checks whether the company adhere to the TA.

make sure your deposit is enough to cover all repairs.

again background check on company with bank statements to prove whether got sufficient cash flow to rent.

*becareful if the company uses it as a scam dent.

More importantly, also watch out for renting out to potential like this.

IT is your unit, I have known many were hit by this , and TNB just slammed them the big fines in hundreds of thousands due to meter tampering for this activity
