Hi. Anyone know how to port out from yes to other telco? I try to port out my yes to hotlink via online. While im fill form on hotlink site, they ask to sent tac number to my yes number. The problem is the tac number not received on my yes. Try so many times, but still not received. Anyone have any idea why??

I also facing this problem, YES 4g telco port into hotlink.
Yes voice call fail, only able to contact them by email.
Port out request 3 times already still not receive any Yes or No sms.
Yes CS told me passing my problem to relevant department, after that reply they facing technical issue.
Call hotlink ask chinese girl to resubmit my port in request, girl reply me to visit maxis centre again.
Call hotlink the other day a chinese boy said he only solve website mnp issue.
Call hotlink cs again choose malay language, talk to me politely that my YES telco inactive right now(i was calling by YES telco right now)
I complaint mcmc skmm there. They said that they didn't receive any port out request, they ask me to submit port in request in other telco in order to process.
1week past already nothing resolve. Today Yescare cs said their relevant team already fix my port out issue. Kindly resubmit port out request again.
I visit maxis and resubmit again, only god know this time success or not.
Port in Yes very fast and easy. But port out Yes lots of shit happening.
Anybody want to port in YES telco think twice and twice.

YES worst telco in Malaysia

The easiest and most effective way is go directly to maxis center/store for mnp

YTL is notorious for being one of most difficult to port out

Must send "Yes" again until there is one SMS confirmed success request. See sample below:

user posted image

The "Yes" is small-caps for letter "e" and "s"... another DIRTY trick to void the request...LOL...

Dear MCMC,
Please "saman" Yeoh Tiong Lay...

RM29 bal. and line still in active. I still can view YES app even hotlink activated. Short period of time available there. I haven't test the gift away function from YES app. Able to buy data and call for your friend. My previous bal. from YES burn after port in successfully. Hotlink begin by RM0

I notice Shopee can redeem yes data every month if u spend in Shopee.
(Earn 5GB for every RM50 spent on Shopee)

How much to spend and maintain every month for yes line to be active?

Yes. Subscribe to the 20GB and at the same time redeem the Shopee Databack. Both can be used for 30 days.

But, to be more effective, use up all 20GB 1st. After that, redeem Shopee Databack. With this method, the Databack expiry date is different than the RM15 quota. But they both can be overlapping. See below:

user posted image

The RM15 validity is 40 days (me's expiry on 1st Sept). But we can redeem as many Shopee Databack as we need regardless of the SIM/Account/Line validity...

As for the selling these data quota, this is not possible...

Actually quite smooth. Yes did send a confirmation SMS on time and after replying YES as per instruction the line immediately cut off.

Just make sure you get the new SIM first. If via postage then make sure you really really received it. It is no longer an envelope. Now just simply label wrap around the SIM.
