just saw my friend's 360 cam on his new car and its soooo cool. I feel like getting myself a 360cam module too, or failing that, a front sensor too ( already have back sensor).

so my question is

1) if my car doesnt come with 360 cam, can i install it later?
2) if installing 360 cam is impossible for cars that dont come with it, is it possible to install a front sensor , like the reverse parking one but in front instead ?
3) how would they do it ? would they drill a hole on my hull to install it?

1) & 2) - yes its possible but certain things like camera quality & integration into bodywork may not look like if compared with cars that were designed with it.
3) - ofcourse, easpecially side mirrors. For front depending on car, could just screw into plastic bumper/grill.

Thanks @Chrix for link to my channel.

Anyway, your existing rear cam, I assume factory cam is not compatible with the 360 system. You will need to get a separate 360 cam system either independent system that comes with the control box and it's own display. Or you can get one that can integrate with your Android headunit if you have one that is compatible.

Also, very true not to expect the quality to be as good as from those from factory installed cameras.
