Ecoscience is an investment holding company, while its subsidiaries are principally involved in construction of plants and facilities, fabrication of equipment, supply of materials and equipment, fabrication and supply of energy and environmental related equipment, supply of spare parts and construction materials and provision of maintenance services.

IPO of 112,169,500 ordinary shares in Ecoscience (“Ecoscience Shares”) in conjunction with the listing of and quotation for the entire enlarged issued share capital of Ecoscience on the ACE Market comprising public issue of 82,169,500 new Ecoscience Shares and Offer for Sale of 30,000,000 existing Ecoscience Shares allocated in the following manner:

17,000,000 Ecoscience Shares made available to the Malaysian Public;

6,800,000 Ecoscience Shares made available to the eligible directors, employees and persons who have contributed to the success of Ecoscience and its subsidiaries;

42,500,000 Ecoscience Shares by way of private placement to Bumiputera investors approved by Ministry of International Trade and Industry; and

45,869,500 Ecoscience Shares by way of private placement to selected investors.

Spicy lesson from this Ecoscience IPO
Only TA give valuation , fair value @ TP 31 sen

Meaning if IB &:Brokers firm don't want to give TP like this EcoScience - only TA with TP 31 sen..merely peanut 1 sen over ipo price of 30 sen....So.forget it...see now what happened...ALL Kena Tiuu

Next time apply only on IPO with fair value@ TP 20 % over IPO price...if IPO 30 sen , then fair value@ TP at least 36 sen...Rule No 2 ...must have TP at least from 2 IB or Brokers firm

BTW....RIP / Rest in Peace to All fallen comrades @ ALL successful IPO applicants of this IPO EcoScience
