It's a baby sized monitor lizard and the poop is black with some slime on it.

Here's the poop picture. It's been almost a day now and the smell is still faintly there. So my only solution is to wait it out and let the smell naturally goes off ?

maybe you can try to rub some baking soda on that spot ?

Tried every ways, the smell is no longer as apparent but it's still there, some faint smell, I tried every possible ways, peppermint, vineger, mop the floor with disinfectant, spray air freshener etc. They say to open all windows, circulation and let the smell eventually vanish on it's own.

Try to out some charcoals inside the room.

Do I need to buy those activated charcoal or get a few pieces charcoal put it in a bowl and place it near the area will do ?

Normal charcoal will do also. The charcoal have the hollow spaces at the molecular level which can trapped the volative organic compound molecules.

If you put some air purifier which generates ozone also will help. O3 can oxide the smell (VOC) to the other by product.

Use broom and chase out la.

Do bomba service completely free to citizen ? even they use the water pump ?

Anyway, the smell is usually from reptiles when it is stressed. Especially when you're trying to catch it. Kind of like a natural defense. Best is use those charcoal freshener packs and increase airflow in the room.

Some people think spray air freshener and close the door is a good idea but that only results in getting a stinky odour mixed with the freshener smell.

The full correct term should "Jabatan Bomba dan Penyelamat Malaysia". The officers at JBPM once told me, anything that cannot be handled by the other agencies, JBPM will be the final agency to be called to perform the task. Why not cut out the poop part and fill back with white gap sealant? It won't look like the original but that part is stained already. If you are fussy replace the whole piece. It's a laminate or vinyl floor isn't it?

Lol so tiny, just like my case years ago when I lived in Desa Pinggiran Putra. The problem is this big little lizard sometimes suddenly appear inside our toilet bowl. First time it appeared I was really terkejut, I thought it was a snake. Then after few more times, sometimes it comes out of the drain hole inside our kitchen also. I put a pretty heavy bottle on top of the drain hole cover also this sneaky little lizard can still open the drain hole cover. One day my wife called me when I was in the office, telling me that she saw that things inside the toilet again, so I call bomba and the big bomba truck with all the siren come to my house a few minutes later to catch this thing haha. Really kesian this lizard.

No I didn't, it was FOC, or at least in my case it was. Many many years back my dog was trapped under a drain pipe, we called bomba in the middle of the night, they came and rescue our dog, also FOC.
