Brand, do I need also light/LED?

I also see lately even has anti dust ceiling fan?

Also, dc fan reverse function is useless in this country. Only plus side for dc fans are they're quiet and have more speeds. If the motor sound doesnt bother you just go with AC motor, cheaper.
LED, only if you need to light something underneath the fan. I have another one with LED for the dining table.

Just buy one of those kdk or Panasonic regulator 5 speed fan.

Decent price. Easy to repair if got problem (usually the capacitor kong).

Panasonic expensive but good KDK pun not bad, however the best fan personally is those ugly white ceiling fans they dont bising as much when get old and really like proper workhorse.

Panasonic got 5 speed? I saw Bayu only 3 speed

buy KDK 3 blade 5 speeds with no remote enough. Forever long lasting.

Those remote and 5 blade forever fragile.

+1 on this. I am referring to the one with regulator (no remote).

Kinda regret spending extra money for Bayu4 fans. They look nicer but I don't like the speed control (3 speed). At 1, it feel kinda slow. But at 2, it feel too fast (and a bit loud).

The only drawback with regulator is that installation may cost you a bit more. Most new house does not come with wiring for regulator. Electrician may charge you for that.

kdk fan still have one running for 45 years
