Hi.

Can anyone suggest me what kind of tablet I should get for working purposes? My requirement is as below:

- working purposes (presentation, pdf, video/image, MS office, google sheets)
- Budget around 1k - 2k
- good battery life
- NO GAMING
- Must have Cellular mobile network + WiFi

Currently I am looking at:

1. Microsoft surface Go 2
2. Ipad 10.2
3. Samsung S6 Lite

Can anyone suggest other models/brands and also give some opinions on the 3 options I have above?

i recommend get samsung tab s6 lite. comes with S-pen. the ipad pen/surface pen have to buy separately.

it has samsung dex, which if you buy a bluetooth mouse/keyboard can use it like desktop pc.
or you can buy their keyboard cover, which is quite expensive, mine rm799 for tab s6.

i've use it for zoom, drawing and browsing. not bad la. mine is tab s6.

Thanks for your suggestion. very good point indeed.. A stylus/pen is very useful for presenting. Any other brand that I have missed out? I am highly considering S6 lite for now. Or is there any other samsung tab within the below 2k budget too?

xiaomi just released mi pad 5 spec wise way higher than samsung tab s6 lite. it uses snapdragon malaysia price rm1599. pen & case not sure how much but will be way cheaper than samsung la.

3. Specs.
- I don't have any specific specs but as long as it serve my purpose, that will be fine. But definitely I hate lagging if I do multi-purpose work.
- light and easily portable
4. What you need in the tablet - multi-purpose work in:
- Casual browsing
- eBook reading
- Note taking
- watching movies
- listening songs
- light games
