Seriously what is wrong with this country? Other countries have to set quotas and equity bullshit for minorities. Malaysia one of the few to implement those policies for the majority.    

Benda tak ada isu pun tapi geng ore kito ni kecoh je.. Govt only impose 51% bumi equity requirements for those that running lesen ejen kastam je pun but not applicable to ILS/IILS..

The intention of govt was no other than to encourage all freight forwarders to upgrade themselves to ILS/IILS instead of forever relying on lesen ejen kastam.. But everybody know that most of the FF are those running ali baba or fake business, meanwhile ILS require u to OWN at least 20 unit of commercial vehicles for transportation together with warehouse space at least 5,000 sqm.. while IILS u only have to MANAGE at least 20 unit of commercial vehicles for transportation together with warehouse space at least 5,000 sqm..

IMO, instead of complaining, why don't they just upgrade themselves to ILS/IILS and enjoy more benefit and advantage rather than maintaining themselves as small FF players that only focusing on lesen ejen kastam?
