Orang Asli by Federal constitution are NOT considered as Bumiputeras. In fact, IIRC the term Bumiputera is not even in Federal Constitution, but we can assume Article 153 refers to them.

If you read Article 153, it only mentions the Malays in Peninsular Malaysia and the natives of Sabah and Sarawak.

There are in fact tons of Orang Asli in Peninsular Malaysia. Anyone who drives up Genting Highlands regularly can see them by the road.

If you go deeper you'll find out there's an effort to Malay-nize and Islamize the orang asli so that they can be categorized as Bumiputeras. As many of you know, you cannot be a Malay in Peninsular Malaysia unless you practice Islam. Orang Asli who does not believe in Islam cannot be Malay and vice versa by law. In fact anyone in Malaysia can be a Malay - you only need to speak Malay, practice Malay customs and believe in Islam.

Ya, lol.. just say Malay enough. Don need to put bumis. What an idiot still thinking new gen will still use this as a reason to vote them. Ppl wants a good life, not eating and bully each other.
