SIM card lost abraod, Sim card replacement

Hi,
What can I do if my sim card is lost oversea and I can't travel back to Maxis center to get the replacement by myself. Can I authorize my family member or friend to help me on the replacement and mail me the card? Thank you. |

Cannot. I believe Need mykad to get a replacement. Even if I turn up at maxis and my mykad isn’t working, I’m still not allowed to get a replacement. They won’t accept anything except a working mykad.
