IIANM they don't do glass windows part. Only grille specialist.

Windows with swing door..

A bit lousy leh their sales rep, one thing is slow in replying, then for site measurement missed out what I told them. Customer centric? no I would say

I would rate 7 out of 10 for them, overall satisfied with their service and products but some details could be improved.

Do you have anyone else in mind for me to explore the prices?

measurement accurate, fast installation and good design, especially hiding those ugly outer corners, inner corners, screw part etc etc.

Only install main sliding door grille and security door at kitchen side from 3kim, all windows I installed mesh grille, interested?

I can't recommend because a lot of jokers out there in my owners group had bad experience.. no show for measurement appt, can miss by 2 inches gap (not 2mm)..horror stories.
