Hi guys… was wondering if can get some help..

Basically my iPhone 7 I never back up before.. didn’t know how… one day just din turn on anymore and Apple logo come up. So I take to shop and they try update with iTunes but update fail. So next step to factory reset. But I have 5 year worth of memory and photo inside and I dun want to lose tis. My son’s growing up photo is inside.

I took back to Apple shop but no one can help me. Say need to find hacker or data recovery service but I dunno any kind and google cannot find.
