Anyone know this developer well?

So far they're delivering their projects to be completed. Nothing much to complaint.

For Majestic, I don't think will be as same as Maxim Residences, there are almost 2k residents there.

But one of the condo under construction by Maxim collapsed last year...

That's The Address. Pinnacles Sri Petaling, and Exsim also been collapse while under construction. That's quite common nowadays.

just google search their google review, not so good if talking about building quality oh.. but only one bad review in written way lah..

Sorry to revive this post. But this is a terrible developer. Just terrible. Quality and workmanship are bad. Aftersales service is terrible. Post-VP, management office is not responsible. Defects are not repaired and left to rot. Doesn't want to return renovation deposit.

The new development at Taman Desa... Bukit Desa side has caused the roads around Jugra to flood when it rains. Mud everywhere. Mud/ water flow into some of the terrace houses there. It's terrible.

No need to say sorry. Getting info from actual buyers is necessary.

16 months in, 1st AGM is still not called. Asked the staff on ground, he said he is not aware of the need to call for AGM. Useless..
