Is there any alternative?

Not sure if showing that we own a property in that district will help. Cause my IC is still showing a different state.

Personally I went Putrajaya to change the IC info WITHOUT changing the IC, done within 1 hour.

Then walk downstairs (same building) to make reservation for marriage registration.

So now my IC printed address is the old address (diff state) but the chip read new address
