It’s all about having your car in the right lane EARLIER BEFORE ENTERING the roundabout. Then you will know which roundabout exit you want to take later on (9 oclock, 12 oclock, 3 oclock or 6 oclock).

I know sometimes when you just entered the main lane from an exit earlier, the cars already started to queue, hence you can’t really go in the appropriate lane. If that is the case, then either you exit the roundabout and find U turn later, or you can simply go merry round & round the aroundabout until it is safe to exit.
