Supposed to hire him around June for reno but vp delayed. Haven't engage his service yet. But he is quite friendly. Best to visit his work site to see the work.

hi.. yes I have engaged him.. friendly yes, service so far not too bad as he willing to accommodate my renovation schedule and timing.. but so far my house is not done by him instead his friend came.. he just grab some commission out of it.. probably because my job is on small scale..

just be prepared to give cash upon progress work done..

After hacking got cement back properly?

Just final 10% agreed work was not completed by the Indo worker... so now I have to source for new contractor to complete it off..

So be aware when hiring them... was lucky still got some amount on hold by me..

10% is too little to stop any contractors to abandon the work. They would have easily given that as a discount.
