My first CD Player that come with the car, Pioneer DEH-P3350


First midbass speaker i added. No regret for this...Calibra Stealth series


Rear is still using the Original Perodua's blaupunkt speakers


2004.10
bought a second hand chapalang amp. Audiobahn 4ch 4x50rms


bought a chapalang 10" subwoofer that only last me <2 month with a box my friend borrow me


2004.12
changed the 3350 to 5550..newer and better !!


2005.2
Added in a powerful 4ch amplifier. SuperRock!!! 125RMS x4


Pairing the amp with a 12" lanzar heritage HRW124D. 250RMS per coil in a 1.35 cu.ft ported box


2005.7
Added a electonic crossover. only control sub and HPF for front midbass


Upgraded the 4ch amp to a prokick F1-400 2ch amp


2005.10
Changed to MBquart DSD216 to play partial active..


Changed to pioneer 5750, sound upgraded


2006.1
Changed a few amp to try the different in amplifiers..all cheap models due to budget. but i had grow more by the changing of these amps..

Canton 4ch 4x60RMS


Prestige by Audiovox 4ch 4x65RMS


ZEUS monoblock 250@4, 500@2, 1000@1

Changed the 4ch amp to rockfox 4x85RMS for better power


After that changed to magnat for better SQ..improved a lot by this amp...great item


Front mid bass changed to component set..Magnat xperience 216


Rear spk from oem changed to Type R 2 way coaxial. 5.25", replica alpine type s coaxial

changed the electronic crossover to full active..bandpass !!!!


Changed to rear spk to the real alpine type S coaxial..lolz

Change the pioneer 5750 to eclipse cd3000...totally different now..it;s way better...love it


Do whole car sound deadening and insulations...wasted me 2 days to finish these..messy yeah?>

REady to do it big....demolish of the real low freq subwoofer. i believe not many people will accept it..but it's nice..can ur sub play 25hz for 1 minute???
JBL GTI 12" MKII


IMPACT 250.2 High current amplifier..at the end didn use it...it's torturing for my car electrical system. Blown my 60A fuse straight away within 2 minute

nice howie.......ha ha....i am still using my 5550.......now waiting to change to those dvd player with screen and add reverse sensor.....plus going to change my audio system too....i think its about time liao........

i drive kancil too and i wanna do it up but money is holding me back...

This can be a reference to some newbie in ice i think...the way i into ice is too much for me to think of..there's still someting i didn post..

-custom 3 way front comp set...too ugly and didn take pic at all..lolz
-design of rear amp board + floor board
-design of 3 way spk mounting for front
-design of subwoofer box
-design of amplifier arrangement and wirings
-system diagram and design
-subwoofer enclosure for each different sub and port tuning
-tuning and problem solving + solutions
-using 4 band parametic equalizer to fine tune, 7 band and 30 band
-using RTA to fine tune
-using different soundproof material and locations to find best way of sound deadening and improve midbass response
-prepare my car for ice projects
-change wiring to all plug and play type..all using PA system's standard

currently having 6.5" mohawk orange comp sets at the front powered by a 2ch 160w Boschmann amp..what RMS dunno..hehe

then a Rockford 6x9" at the back powered by the player but capped..the backboard has been changed to the thicker type to improve sound..

have a chapalang 10" woofer (downgraded from a 12" Mohawk Blue woofer with Mohawk ported box cuz I can't tahan anymore) powered by a Stellar Mohican 500w 2ch amp..

am thinking of a 3 way e.crossover..what do you think howie? or should I go for a monoblock and a better woofer?

how hungry is that eton crag?
thinking of getting one, but im in the midst of looking for monoblock
250W RMS would be sufficient it seems

howie...where u got ur Eton sub?how much?how abt the sq sound like?
the RMs power?

So is a spl woofer, not my taste..hence u got any info abt other eton sq sub(good in low frequency)......betwnen what say this eton crag compare to IMpact 67....this impact damn heavy man...i think got abt 8kg-10kg...

I still like Eton sub as SQ sub than Impact sub...
Eton Sub can go lower...

going lower doesn mean better...but that's ur personal choice

i have a friend who has a pair of tweeters and a 2 way setup at the front...just too "pitchy" for me..

Very nice evolution there, whats next?

Finally audited IMpact 67 & eton Crag...unfortunately this Crag cannot meet to my required sub expectation....somehow this impact almost crack my ears......super geng spl....

I am using this very same amplifier to whack my Twister 12" sub. Why u changed the amp to others? Not good?
