Most TV Controllers are using InfraRed, so most probably would not affect at all.

Bluetooth or wifi? Bluetooth will not have enough bandwidth for HD video streaming.

Wifi-Internet connection has nothing to do with Bluetooth. Unless the Internet connected via Bluetooth in rare occasion.
Bluetooth are sometimes use for external mouse, keyboard, game controller and Handphone-TV controller(such as SURE)

I see. You mean someone try to your TV remote controller function. I was thinking someone cast a different movie or clip to your TV to spoil your fun. In that case, just disable bluetooth connection on the TV is enough. Most of the TV on the market still rely on IR and bluetooth is just an add-on. At least for me, non of the TV I known rely solely on bluetooth to controll the TV.
