old but gold

Translation:

Color > Thai: See(sii) = "Shit/poo" -cantonese

White > Thai: See-Kou(kao) >
"Kao see" means play with shit/poo and well it just said the opposite way so it reminds that = "play with shit/poo" -cantonese

Poweder blue > Thai: See-Fa = "shit/poo flower" - (Fa means flower in cantonese.)

Green > Thai: See-Keau = "Shit/bad idea/plan" -cantonese

Coffee/Brown > Thai: See-Nam-Dang = "Whatever" -cantonese

Black = Thai: See-Dom(tam) = "Shit/poo puddle" -cantonese

Rainbow = Lai-Lai-See(Lei lai sii) = "You shit/poo on your pants" -cantonese

There are many Chinese loan word in Thai.
Some are very recent and some stratum traces back to very old reconstruction model.
Less than half a decade ago, popular historical linguistics theory believe Thai language belongs to a branch of Sino-Tibetan family.
But academic mostly abandoned this idea today.
