For me, yes.
Less than 24 hours after my 1st Pfizer shot, I've had several instances where I felt my heart skipped a beat for no apparent reason. Each time it occurred i had shortness of breath for a split second. The following week I decided to take a break from my usual workout routines.
I then came across news from Singapore where a young bloke suffered cardiac arrest after going back to the gym 2 days after his Pfizer shot.
I'll be taking my 2nd shot tomorrow, and intend to skip workouts again throughout the following week.

My 1st vaccine of AZ yes. I stopped for almost 10days. 2nd vaccine I only stop for a week. Start with something light first then following days slowly repeat usual routine. To be on the safe side..

Why take the risk? right. I rested for 2 weeks. First week, fully rested, second week start slow walk, and extremely light weights down to 30-40% of usual weights.

I timed my vaccine exactly at the deload from my 5/3/1 cycle. So 1 week off lor.
When I come back stronger next week after my deload, I can say "THE VAXXXCINE MADE ME STRONGER!!""
I will do this with every subsequent shot of my vaccine. Then I will promote the vaccine as the ultimate bodybuilding supplement.
And all mortals shall henceforth bow to the power of the supreme FDA approved... PFIZER!
