Very hard to pull out and the wood will dent!

can use screwdriver. slide under staple head. twist a bit to left & right. It will come out slowly. Then slide more and pull the screwdriver handle upside. I did that to 6 dining chair when i want to replace the sponge & wash the cover. Each chair got around 100 staples on 9mm plywood. Its 6 chair. Done within few hours.

Use the tip of the screwdriver. Aand twist it. I also deal with havey duty 1. Only the staple leg is shorter. But still deep into 9mm pllywood. Once its start start moving it will get easier. Dont slide the screwdriver and push the handle downside. U will spoilt the wood edge.

Put droplets of hot water on the wood around the stapler. Wood will expand and easier to pull.

Yes, I noticed that this is the best way!
But some are hidden, means no Gap and can't easily slot in screwdriver too!

Wire cutter. Give it a little grip and lever it up.

if its so hidden then leave them, trim exposed sharp parts, use sand paper to remove cutting edges, if afraid, apply some paint.

Thanks for the idea! What if it's hidden, and the other side did not exposed? Which means the staples is to clamp 2 woods (staples 1.5inch, 2 woods = 2 inches). How to solve this?

then make it completely hidden, use the idea i suggested, if you die die want to remove the staple you might need to make alot of damage to the wood, like use the smallest drill bit you can get, drill through those 2 holes then pull it out.
