Make sure 2 iphones are connected to the same wifi network. While setting up the new unit it will ask you step by step instruction to have your old phone on & when detected will prompt to transfer. Was surprisingly simple as most of my settings & password was transferable & within half hour including my banking app. Never have it so easy.
