QUOTE(safe118 @ Feb 7 2022, 04:50 PM) Hi everyone, I was never been an iphone user before & planning to give it a try. I read that one of the main difference between the normal IP13 & IP13 pro of which I'm interested is the 120hz pro motion display. if your previous phone have 120hz , then sorry....once 120hz it's hard to go back 60hzFor normal usage like surfing and light gaming, is the normal IP13 good enough already? hehe.. thanks in advance BUT if ur previous phone is 60hz , then congrats u are safe to go with iphone 13 |

QUOTE(attw @ Feb 17 2022, 09:19 AM) Actually I downgraded from my 13 Pro Max back to 11 and to be honest the 60hz refresh rate only bothered me for a week or so then I got back used to it already, hahaha.. But ya, I agree, the 14 series better all come with 120hz! Ya haba when u from 60hz to 120hz maybe u wont feel muchBut when 120 to 60hz , oh gosh, how on earth can tahan the 60hz , need time to adjust back your eyes haha Back to 11 because of weight and size? The 13promax really big and heavy.... |

QUOTE(attw @ Feb 17 2022, 12:23 PM) Ya, the 13 Pro Max feels like a brick! yeah maybe hunting s22plus for wife , because my wife using note9 and is time to upgrade the phone already , i not sure the s22u will be too big and heavy for girl...so maybe go for s22+ , need to go shop try first only decideNo la, every time I buy a new iPhone and try, I tend to pass it on to my wife for her to use after one or two months. She only uses iPhones, so it's like a treat for her to change phone every year Besides, the iPhone 11 is provided by company, can't sell it (coz have to eventually return it) so might as well use it I see you in the S22U thread too, hehehe... What's your main phone now bro, iPhone or Android? nowaday i not too focus on taking picture because everytime outing also use wife phone to snap photo , even i'm using note10 that time she stil prefer using her note9 to taking picture , she say troublesome if i snap kena send to her , she prefer self take and self manage in album before this i plan to get iphone 12 because actually ip12 that time is worth , same chip as Pro/MAX , and i didn't really need the extra telephoto lens but the main reason i not going to ip12 is no 120hz that turn me down seriously This post has been edited by chongkiatz: Feb 17 2022, 01:01 PM |

QUOTE(attw @ Feb 17 2022, 04:56 PM) Ahh ok, nice, haha. Yeah, Xiaomi phones are great value for money given they stuff in flagship grade processors even in their midrange priced phones. I used the Poco F3 for a bit last year and the SD870 really does a great job. Anyways, since your wife is comfortable with the Note 9 I don't think the move to the S22 Ultra is too big, considering the ladies put everything into their handbags, hahaha... I thought the 13 Pro Max would be too heavy for my wife too, but she likes the insane battery life! Anyways, if your wife doesn\t really use the S-Pen can go with the S22+. Ya for this round if ip13 have 120hz then it really become phone of the year , really worth for it price , summore u get the best same chip in the world with pro/max , no doubt iphone have the best os + chip fully optimization, no need high ram also can beat all Android phone , battery life in 13promax is really crazy tahan , even it doesnt have the most large battery capacity but... Thumb up for apple 👍I was thinking of getting an iPhone 13 too actually but now decided I'll wait for the 14 series, hopefully we'll get a redesign this round. I think ip14 will be better choice bro , seriously nowaday phone industry already go to the edge , no more new tech to put into the phone anymore , u see other brand also focus on new chip new camera system only with LTPO , the only innovative in phone industry is those flip phone 😂 This post has been edited by chongkiatz: Feb 18 2022, 07:52 AM |

QUOTE(Roadwarrior1337 @ Feb 18 2022, 04:21 PM) I waited for the s22 to come out and a a little dissapointed with what I'm reading on chip and performance. Contemplating the iphone 13. If u looking for better battery life , really can skip the s22 as it have even smaller battery than s21 , s22plus stil can be consider but since u wan something compact ip13 definitely a good choice , since u coming from 60hz screen so ip13 will be ok , only those already get used to 120hz will feel pain on eyes for 60hzI am on s10e and guess will not know difference on 60hz. Though my wife has the 13 pro and she loves the battery life ..I on the other hand...prefer something light and to be honest, hers is just heavy as fuk. I like single hand operation and though I carry weightz I tend to cycle and leave my phone on my back pocket. It's heavy that my jersey is stretching! So will be going down to maxis later to grab the 13. S10e to ip13 will be huge upgrade bro especially on photo quality |

QUOTE(attw @ Feb 18 2022, 10:00 AM) Ya, I don’t expect the iPhone 14 to be really cutting edge or have the wow factor - but I’ll be buying anyway Ya , because next year other brand industry also just fight 2k 4k screen , then 120watt fast charge , high refresh rate Apple stil have alot of huge feature to be add on , they stil have alot of "innovation" technology slowly put on their up coming iPhone ,slowly add 120hz , slowly give more faster charging speed , slowly give 2k screen , slowly increase megapixel 🤣 But i stil hand down to Apple chip especially the A15 , M1 chip This post has been edited by chongkiatz: Feb 18 2022, 08:55 PM |

QUOTE(Roadwarrior1337 @ Feb 18 2022, 09:03 PM) Yes just got my ip13 at maxis subang parade in black. Tomorow hunt for cheap screen protector and casing and set it up and transfer shits over the weekend. Ya because 13 pro and promaz increase size of battery, so have to sacrifice the weight , ip13 weight stil acceptable , 13pro/max without casing pun feel heavy le , adding TG + case really... haha, the pro consider not a big phone but as heavy as those big screen phoneI refuse to see my wife ip13 pro....later get hooked but the weight of ip13 is really unacceptable. She also complain sometime tangan lenguh if hold one hand in bed.l and it had slip and hit her head once. 13 is practical but the 13pro camera bump look more premium with the rounded camera holes etc and glassy finish compared to plain 13. Transfering Android data to apple will be pain without paying the transfering software |

QUOTE(Roadwarrior1337 @ Feb 19 2022, 01:37 PM) Nice. My use case is a little diff. I never buy phone more than 6.1 inch. Anything around 5.8 to 6.1 is great for me. Iphone 13 fit the bill....13 pro is too heavy. For whatsapp u may try this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2xZ9_MRgvms&t=52s |
