Anyone ordered from Sen Heng before ? Did they have any issues in late delivery In the past?

Machines Pre Order here.

Terrible service. Lack of communication. Have to constantly chase them for updates. And their social media, don't bother trying. It is almost non existent. Can continue posting about new iPhone but don't bother replying messages.

They pushed my collection date to 9th for no reason. Truly disappointed with them especially when I was given verbal assurance that I can self collect on the 8th.

Will not buy from Machines anymore in the future. Guess they don't mind losing 1 customer.

Up till iPhone 12, they were good. But not sure if they changed the way they do things, or they changed management.

It is terrible now.

They did receive their stocks alright.

Just that they controlled how many units they send to each outlet on a daily basis, or so I was told.

Yup, that is exactly the reason why I am sharing.

Machines is not a new comer in the industry, in fact it is one of the oldest and most established Apple Premium reseller in the country.

They should know how to handle a pre order since it is not the first time they do so.

During pre-order, I was unable to select where to collect, and just clicked pre order by putting Machines Sunway address, hoping that it will be OK.

They should have set a certain amount that can be collected on a particular day, and let the consumers know at the moment of pre order.

Eg, some will know their unit will be collected at a later date during the pre order stage.

At least we can make a more well informed decision.
