I have my 12 Pro Max and am planning to switch to 13 Pro soon.

So far the biggest upgrade i see are cameras, screen, and battery life, and for me personally the handling/ease of use.

I like my 12 Pro Max but it is just too huge and heavy, and since the 13 Pro this year battery is very good in itself I decided to spare my fingers all the stress and downsize to the smaller Pro this year.

depends on how you paid the deposit.

if cash, i think it will only take a few days

if paid online it will take 2 weeks

if paid with cards, it will take up to a month to process the refund (i cancelled mine last week and will only receive my money back next month end.)
