My order from Digi still on progress. Ordered at 1:17 am.

My digi preorder status still show ordered received only, feel disappointed coz I already sold my primary phone. CS informed 2-5 weeks time frame for delivery

Same situation with me, cs just mention it take 2-5 weeks to deliver. I preorder on 1 October at 1:17 am

Standard explanation no stock. First time I preorder from digi and didn’t get it on time

Yes ask digi that the formal answer. They can’t give eta for the phone to arrive… if want to cancel the preorder must pay termination fee..

What model do you preorder? So lucky to get on 8/10
