My friend last year went to order early b4 the launch.

The Salesperson manage to make "arrangements".

So get to collect on Day 1.

Website can't handle = Loss of sales as well

Delivery dates, you can check on Apple website itself. And the resellers already allocating stocks for next batches already. So unless magically there's a sharp cancellation in Pre-orders, it's pretty hard to get any unit during the early phases of the launch. Every year also same SOP. After 1 month only things start to normalise.

Plus you are assuming that people are all in Klang Valley. In smaller states, there could be only 1~2 apple reseller and they might be stocked out for the next few weeks.

Just wait. It will arrive pretty soon. The expected date is when you pay for it the 1st time round.
