My friend kinda work for one of this “fake review” thing.

Basically seller pays a 3rd party to create many many many dupe email account, and lazada allows acc to change name, so can just use back same email, but need to change name.

3rd party then proceed to buy the items, and seller don’t usually ship out the item, just empty boxes sometimes for the sake of shipping. Photos and etc given in advance d. 3rd party just need to review 5 star and get paid commission. Pretty straightforward

That’s why a lot of places can get 5 star reviews but kantoi selling fake item 😂

eBay no problem thou. I just press dispute with PayPal mostly. End up 90% getting my money back.

Problem with our local platform is, that layer of protection is lesser.

There are few times shopee just close my case despite clearly seller being at fault (Send out wrong item, miss out item but don't want reply and etc).

eBay resolution much more streamlined and their process heavily favor buyers unlike other platform in Malaysia, which are 50-50

at this time with covid around.. using cloth casing?? Definitely a big NO NO for me lol.. Feels like all the virus can be stucked on the casing. Now got home must wipe with alcohol. Don't know how you deal with that for cloth casing.
