Supply chain is a lot more complex than what you think. This is made even worse by the pandemic.
As much as planning as they can do, unforeseen circumstances can happen. Simply implying they didn't do proper planning is discounting the efforts of everybody involved.
Granted the amount of iPhones that they are shipping, there will always be a chance that deliveries are delayed. But the percentage of this is often small.
For every 1 person who is not getting their iPhone today, there is at least 5 that is getting their iPhone today.

If you think you can do a better job, sign up to be their supply chain manager and see how well you can do

I got the number from their FB page and directly call them, was told the parcel has been out for delivery by Ninja Van but can't retrieve the shipping tracking number at the moment, he said will share with me once he got the number. Fingers crossed it will arrive today. Btw i am stat KL.

For a premium 5k phone i would expect it would be perfect, or atleast can get 1 by 1 replacement if got such issue. Even my laptop also got issue i got 1by1 replacement after got wet box eventho the laptop was fine.

I’m quite sure it’s legit, the MYR price for officially distributed accessories here tend to be cheaper than the direct ones from US in dollars. It’s the same for UAG and Otterbox as well. I think I’m leaning towards getting this too over the Gear4 Brooklyn Snap - it looks less bulky hahaha…

Just finished setting up my 13PM after dinner just now. I can definitely feel the extra weight compared to the 11 and 12 Pro Max. I’m sure it’ll run circles around those phones as far as battery life is concerned.
