Any possible u muted on ur end here?

What I mean is the mute button is not for microphone but for speaker. Or any possible u did change the head unit recently? How bout previously? Did u try with Apple carplay?

Did you changed your music EQ? set back to off.

Now temporarily changed to default which is none/off so that your Apple CarPlay will back to normal.
