A question about charging. If i use series 5 charging dock; will it have the same fast charging speed of the dock that came with the series 7 ?

Hi, I need some advice on apps to use to track sleep and fitness on apple watch.
Used to Samsung Galaxy Watch where it can show how much deep sleep am i getting a night but Apple’s default sleep app does not show that info  |
