Tempered glass or flexible film?

i dont really know. which one is better for watch?

Why not use case instead of screen protector?

tempered glass being flat won't really cover the whole curved screen, and there is always a few edges with non-activated or non sticking adhesive hence you get the edges with bubble or air gap. very ugly.

with phones you can add some oil underneath and it patches like a charm but with a watch i think it wont work as you may swim and bathe and wash hands with your watch.

when it is used, a glass will always be the best protection for your screen. i have used this method for my last 10 years of gorilla glass phone experience and not a single one of my phone has a scratch on it.

but the problems with a dual curved display like the apple watch really prevents great use of tempered glass.

so you are left with the flexible screen protectors. i have one on my watch and with patience and time you can stick it very nicely. but it will not stop drop and crack damage. you need a case with higher lip or edges to absorb the contact and impact.

the screen protectors are called hydrogel or tpu or whatever name, they usually are less than rm2 each.

I have been using the default sport strap on my S3 watch for years for and also S7 for swim. So far so good hard spalshing while swim so far did not ripped off. I swim frequent so far those default straps been good

Third party i know mostly only offer slow charging even is magsafe type.. probably only can buy official or belkin those

Anyone change their series 7 watch battery yet? My battery health is at 86%.. I do find it not so lasting anymore for daily use.

Hi guys, anyone know how much to repair the backplate? mine was cracked but i think still useable normal washing so far no water ingress, probably not for swimming anymore. din even know when it was damaged, just realized when i flipped it over to clean this morning.

Same here. Just got the "Service Battery notice" last week. Switch only lists like-for-like exchange which is super expensive.

I checked online via the Apple Support link, seems that Apple now has AW7 Battery Replacement service?
But it's mail in by arranged pickup with courier.... anyone has experience with this?

Mine bought from SenQ and got the extended warranty until 2025. DO you think they can replace battery for free with that warranty? I don’t actually know what the warranty cover. If break the screen, can get replacement?

Sorry I don't know. I bought mine from Switch. The warranty has expired on mine already.
