if you plan to save alot of files/media content on your device maybe better go for 256gb. Like for me I'm using most of my stuff on the cloud and also streaming netflix/youtube only hence the 64gb shud be more than enough for me.

64GB. i have 2TB iCloud storage for my Apple devices so 64GB should be enough.

64Gb version, the iPad is mostly going to be for streaming media content and not really storing them.

Most people opt fo the 64gb so it depends very much on your usage, if it’s for entertainment purpose like games/streaming/google etc then 64 is more than enough, also depends on your budget, if the few hundred bucks is a small thing to you then just grab 256..
