Need some advice on air purifier to filter smoke of burning joss sticks from other units, dust and other pollutants. Basically filtering air pollution to keep the air clean inside the units.

Has anyone used air purifiers before? Basically I am interested to know which brand is realiable and whether the filters need to be replaced within a certain time frame, say once a year or twice a year etc. Or is there any air purifier that works on washable air filters whereby replacement is not required and the filter is cleaned by using water.

Are there any other options that can be considered? I saw few cheaper brands on Shopee such as Champion but not sure if they are of any good. I don't need an air purifier for a big area. Up to 50m2 is good enough.

Thanks for the response. Due to lack of response on this thread, I have actually ordered a Xiaomi Mi 3C from Shopee yesterday. Initially I wanted to get the Philips model but found out that the filter is currently out of stock and Philips cannot provide any information when the stock will be available.

Just checked on the Atmosphere Mini and apparently this model is from Amway. This high-end air purifier at more than RM5k is out of my budget. Thanks for the tip anyway.

Budget wise for air purifier can go for Atmosphere mini, but you get the same benefits as the Atmosphere Sky
