Hi, currently I've been trying to port out from maxis. But i got informed from new telco saying that I've been rejected by maxis to port out.

I got no contract with maxis since I've only using prepaid for few years. Currently on hotlink prepaid unlimited. I confirm with the maxis care line saying that i have no contract billing tied to maxis.
For now I've called new telco to resubmit my information.

Anyone know how to solve this issue?
