Hai. Im considering to purchase the apartment at FD, block H level 22, corner lot for a cheaper price. But i am very concern on the environment within the FD. Plus i have read the issue on foreigner, lift, parking, disruption water supply. Wondering if the issues still there or it have been improved? Just sold my unit. Donno how the buyer did it.. but apparently valuation or loan.. the fella manged to get RM260k.
