I only drink at home these days and usually on my own as I don't like to share my booze
Dinners, if am having a steak or roast or stewed beef or lamb then would have it with a nice red wine. Fish or seafood meal then a nice white wine.
If I'm having a nice dessert after dinner then I like to have it with either Bailey's or a nice ice wine.
Other than that, I have a collection of various whiskies, schnapps and some fruity liquers to enjoy the evening. I tend to like my drink full served, room temperature and always with some classical music as well as a good book.

I didn't know that combi is also called MJ. Used to do 75:25 Stout : Carlsberg + a shot of vodka with a certain MiB Sarjan.... fella could really guzzle.
