Based on my experienced when getting my FC, SA only request for the proof of receipt (PDF).

I just shared to my SA and he helped to register accordingly, you can check with your SA on this

So far I have great experienced service in Jalan Damansara that branch (Mofaz Buidling), I usually make appointment for early one and car service done around 10:30am-11am

I was wondering too, anyone using FC 1.8 and upgrade to FE as well?
And how much value for FC 1.8 year 2018 ??

Just checking, is everyone experienced the air-Cond is not working or funtionality at all?

Collected new car 2 days ago, have found air-Cond is not working at all, although there has air out but not cold air at all, A/C is On and even set temperature to Low, the result still the same, especially afternoon drive, inside car temperature even go up to 37'c

Have sent to service center, suspect gas is low hence they have refilled and need to monitor few more hours.
And also checked in social media, seem like this is the first case, unpleasant experienced

Good to hear that Civic aircond is cold, hopefully there is small problem.

Today went to service Center, they mentioned because of lower gas hence they have added, so far ok now but need to monitor a week if the problem still exist, if yes, technician need to uninstall equipment to deep check for the aircond part

Hopefully only no gas and not sure why QC didn’t check on this when out from manufacture, this gonna to ask Honda malaysia when they call me

Same with me, I’ve changed all new 4 x primacy 4 straight away after get my car since MC5 still new (less than 100km), because this type of MC5 no value at all based on what I surveyed

I also booked same month with you, during waiting time as we know car need to be ready before April 2023 in order to enjoy free tax.

From the beginning of the year, I keep checking the waiting list from branch and also make complaint to Honda Malaysia. Uncertainty whether work or not, but is our right thing to complaint them to come out with solution

Hence, Honda Malaysia give instruction to all branch that clear all those non-SST one first, even the particular has store, they can’t give to SST buyer, have to transfer to another branch just to clear it before April 2023

But ya I think you should complaint HQ and can look for Facebook ready store, too long to just wait for a car seriously
