good tint makes alot of difference. I have been using llumar for 8 years then had to transfer ownership which requires puspakom check. had to remove the llumar tint and went with a rm 800++ tint after that(cost for windscreen and front windows only) . id say the difference in terms of heat entering the car cabin is quite big. of course the llumar tint is alot better than the one that's been installed
