Door panels rattling, I believe if we go outside and soundproof the doors. Those pros will know how to catch the sounds..

repaint whole car can cost around 6k right? and when repaint, they will also need to open everything.. and dunno la over west msia, at sarawak here my fren bought a second hand civic and repaint, took like 1 month plus to complete everything lol.

I think if outside only is around 3-4k.. not sure.. never painted before my previous cars.

i've read on fb groups people do PPF the whole car, main intention is to retain the resale value of the car.
So far i notice when selling off old cars, their first thing will be mileage/engine/suspensions etc.

Paint chips/ scratches will be the last thing to see, as long as nothing major. (Base on my previous car selling)

so for example if we ppf the whole car for 7-8k (not sure market price), next time sell car, must add on the at least 7-8k to the selling price of the old car 

i think in general, all honda paint is thin. friend's city also got stone chips after few mths. perodua also known to be thin, while proton is known to be thick. not sure about other makes, dun own others or meetup with other car make owners to discuss about stone chips haha

So anyone managed to remapped to gain a little yet? Kindly share experience pros and cons incl cost and gains

There's plentiful of new Camry compared to Accord at KL Selangor area. Unless u are referring specifically to the latest facelift with Dynamic Force, I heard the issue was long waiting period and quantities are limited
Anyway its impossible for Civic eHEV to breach 170k mark based on Thailand pricing, couple with the fact that its CKD

To me its good to always switch brands. Before I had Suzuki, VW, proton, and now honda. life is too short to just stick with one manufacturer, fun to experience new type of cars!

If you got money to pay government CBU tax, you definitely have money to completely replace the seat.

To me the seats are not an excuse at all.

I like that this time the honda civic styling and features are quite similar globally compared to previous generations so these reviews are still helpful. Main difference for us would be the workmanship of the Melaka factory!
