Not just rumawip, all project shouldn't be taking booking fee.
But hello every project in Malaysia all take booking fee one.
Why nobody complain? Government no saman?
Because even though it's booking fee, the booking form that you fill up will say that this is not booking fee, it's merely idk processing fee? Waiting list? Show of interest? and this booking fee does not guarantee any unit etc bla bla bla. Many pattern to die die say not booking for a unit one. Legally no wrong doing that, got black and white somemore.
No developer ever get issues about collecting bookings.

So if you want a unit then pay booking, else bye bye and goodluck in finding one that no need pay booking.
Too bad we consumer is not the one who set the rules.

Just don't transfer the money to agent's personal account can ady hahaha

Oh actually like u e m don't take bookings one, if you want secure units then must get your loan offer and pay few k as "down payment" depends how many k they want for that project. I'd prefer booking fee in that case, save the hassle and no need ganjiong somebody loan approve earlier then took my favourite unit.
