Almost everyday my poop is watery and I feel like I have diarrhea.
I did some search and I think I have irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).

I also have urge to go to washroom frequently.
After doing some search, I think I have Overactive Bladder (OAB).

I don't feel sick nor uncomfortable.
Are there any methods to tune the body so it is less sensitive?

This condition has taken place for months, my diet is consistent all the while, is it not adapting to something? unsure.gif

Thank you for the recommendation, hope the health facility is safe.

urge to pee but only pee a little bit?

if so better find specialist before gone worse

by the way, do you normally hold your pee and only go when really have to let go? if yes, then stop this
