For an easy way from your PC, get the .apk downloaded first.

HBO Go:
com.hbo.asia.androidtv

Disney+ Hotstar:
in.startv.hotstar.dplus.tv

Then go to Android website and install Android Platform Tools.

Get your IP address of your device to connect.
