some people get triggered by hanging because they found their loved ones hanging. thats why there is an advisory in developed countries that certain movie contain triggering images.

maybe a good compromise is to allow user to tag their thread. Thread without tag will be removed by mod.

Sometimes they put funny or none related title and ppl end up clicking on it. I stopped opening videos for years already in here because of that.
