Basically got 3 layouts,

1) 764 sqf 2beds 2 baths (without lanai)
2) 764 sqf 2beds 2 baths (with lanai)
3) 1055 sqf 3 beds 2 baths

This location a good buy? Not close to commercial area like oasis squad/citta mall but opposite aeon

Should also take into consideration that the traffic there on fridays are mad (without MCO)

And then also the fact that Ara is nestled between 3 main entrances that are traffic prone

But with the introduction of LRT3 + Existing Lembah Subang LRT should be better now

Already renamed and rebranded to Lotus for the Ara Damansara Branch.

For ease of reference, i just used Tesco only.

So where's the new condo located?
