Many factors.
Formatting can fix many issues with the OS. Upgrading to SSD and add more RAM can improve performance.
Never ever use a laptop as it is. Always format as fresh and install what u need. Second hand laptop bought from resellers usually full of crap apps.

Yes. Try to format first. If it gets better, then all is good. Otherwise, change to SSD.
In any case, changing to SSD will definitely make it faster.

What is your laptop spec? But SSD is the most worth to invest, changing HDD to SSD is like from walking to flying.

Reinstall Windows might solve the problem, but first, what's your PC specs? Many reason that slows down pc such as - hard disk almost full - unhealthy hard disk

QUOTE(LittLeFairy111 @ Sep 12 2021, 11:09 PM) This is the computer I use now, but it is an intel i5 Then we( I pretty sure represent a lot of member here) definitely recommend you to upgrade your HDD to SSD. The differences is definitely HUGE
