Open the app, tap on the trigram symbol '☰' at top left.
Tap on 'Help center'.
Tap 'Get help with my orders'.
You'll then be shown a list of your 'Past Orders' .
1. Tap on the relevant order. Choose the nature of your complaint.
Fill in the necessary details including ss/photos (if need be) etc. Tap to start chat.
2. If the order is not listed under Past Orders, tap the 'Upcoming Orders' tab and choose 'Another Order'.
Fill in the necessary details including ss/photos (if need be) etc. Tap send.
CS will get back to you in 24 hrs. Remember to check 'My support requests' under 'Help center' for their reply to you.
