dont really how it works on the riders side

but i believe sometimes they pick up other orders so might not go directly to your place

there were few times they made me wait at lobby for more than 30 minutes because gps said was close but they never arrive after long time

Grab you can see when the driver is going to your place if they have more than one delivery you won’t be able to see it when the grab driver got your food.

nowadays i order more on grab since grab better app and service while fp getting more expensive

Open the app, tap on the trigram symbol '☰' at top left.

Tap on 'Help center'.

Tap 'Get help with my orders'.

You'll then be shown a list of your 'Past Orders' .

1. Tap on the relevant order. Choose the nature of your complaint.

Fill in the necessary details including ss/photos (if need be) etc. Tap to start chat.

2. If the order is not listed under Past Orders, tap the 'Upcoming Orders' tab and choose 'Another Order'.

Fill in the necessary details including ss/photos (if need be) etc. Tap send.

CS will get back to you in 24 hrs. Remember to check 'My support requests' under 'Help center' for their reply to you.

Screenshot your call logs and show it to Foo***nda to let them know no calls went out from your phone number. That will help you with your case also.

Just make sure to include all your evidence for your complain. An officer will contact you in few days time.

Personal experience:
Have issue with Lazada
Ordered something x2, received x1 only.
Complained to Lazada and seller, delayed and taichi here and there. Lazada acknowledged only x1 box sent, can't find 1 more, seller said shipped 2 box, showed proof.
Lazada taichi to their delivery department, no refunds yet, waiting approval and investigation.
Taichi took 2 weeks, fustrated, file a complained to KPDNHEP
Took all screenshots and filled up complain form to KPDNHEP
Officer from KPDNHEP called me, small chat and invited me to an "interview" at their office in KPDNHEP.
After chatting with the officer in KPDNHEP office, they say will proceed because have enough evidence.
1 day later, Lazada agent reached out to me to refund the money for the x1 parcel I did not receive and told me to retract my report from KPDNHEP.
I told Lazada, I will wait for the money received in bank account before retracting my report from KPDNHEP.
After 1 day, the money was refunded direct to my bank account via IBG, and confirmed with Lazada I have received and will retract my report.
2 days later, same officer from KPDNHEP contacted me, I told them confirmed, case resolved as Lazada refunded my money.

wah need go to KPDNHEP office also? blink.gif sounds like serious business.. last time i also threaten to complaint to KPDNHEP because they did not sent me the 'remote' for my HDMI switcher but i feel like too much effort for something simple.. and the shop tak layan also even after threaten tongue.gif

U paid and cancelled? What bs is that? The only time it got cancelled if u paid via card/banking system a few minutes before shop closed then yeah they will cancel the order and refund later. Never had this issue before and I use food panda on a daily basis.

I wonder which upwork indian/banhladesh cheap startup i.t company $5/hr from Upwork they were using. The app is buggy as fuk
