 Where to file complaint for Foodpanda ?, MCMC ? KPDNHEP ?

Today order kepci , when driver only 5minutes away from me , order suddenly kena cancelled.
Then I go find their CS why , and they say I requested to cancel the order , and will not get refunded.

I'm so WTF ...already under my lobby watching my driver arriving soon, what for i go cancel the order.
Then i contact their FB , Twitter , same reply given , but when I requested the prove of me cancel the order , they just give me copy and paste answer from above.

Twitter CS say i cancel through call , FB CS say i cancel through their help center.
Although just RM20 kepci ..but this looks either their system error , or their CS cancel my order on mistake.

I tried to talk nicely to their CS but no help given ...so geram , need to complaint to authorities ... which portal the right one ? MCMC or KPDNHEP or which ???

Call = Help center.

The customer representatives are only stating what they saw on their system log.
If you really did not call to cancel, it means their system got bug liao.
An auto order cancel bug huh... That sounds like a disaster to the business.

I hope you can make them refund.
Support you to do what is right. It's not about the rm20.

i subscribe pandapro , get free delivery vouchers and discount voucher

i buy pandamart from tesco (lotuss), around rm100 stuff, then they this sold out that sold out. left RM10

For this RM10 , the discount is just less than rm1. then the shipping voucher also swallow.

Just make sure to include all your evidence for your complain. An officer will contact you in few days time.

Personal experience:
Have issue with Lazada
Ordered something x2, received x1 only.
Complained to Lazada and seller, delayed and taichi here and there. Lazada acknowledged only x1 box sent, can't find 1 more, seller said shipped 2 box, showed proof.
Lazada taichi to their delivery department, no refunds yet, waiting approval and investigation.
Taichi took 2 weeks, fustrated, file a complained to KPDNHEP
Took all screenshots and filled up complain form to KPDNHEP
Officer from KPDNHEP called me, small chat and invited me to an "interview" at their office in KPDNHEP.
After chatting with the officer in KPDNHEP office, they say will proceed because have enough evidence.
1 day later, Lazada agent reached out to me to refund the money for the x1 parcel I did not receive and told me to retract my report from KPDNHEP.
I told Lazada, I will wait for the money received in bank account before retracting my report from KPDNHEP.
After 1 day, the money was refunded direct to my bank account via IBG, and confirmed with Lazada I have received and will retract my report.
2 days later, same officer from KPDNHEP contacted me, I told them confirmed, case resolved as Lazada refunded my money.

Maybe they discovered some shit in your meal. Like one of their worker has went amok and spit in the food so they terpaksa cancel. You dodged a bullet

foodpanda is trash... one time keep hang on to my order for 1 hour after that only say order auto-cancel because no rider. By that time my lunch hour also almost over. Waste people time only

Happened to me a few times and during that time I was hungry and buay song of course but didn't know if I should place an order for another one. Hate it
